Mmmmmm nothing like beating the crap out of vinyl on a Sunday morning. (I know, it felt a little sacrilege, but it makes for a great image.) What record is that you ask? That shall remain a mystery...
Put the needle..I mean, hammer on the record! :) What camera you using these days Patty? I just got myself a new fairly decent one to hold me and my projects over until I can afford a better one. Like it so far.
I have a Nikon D70s, have had it for years and I love it. Of course Nikon have since come out with so many in the D series that are even better for the same price (or less) than what I paid for mine! Isn't that the way it works though?! Just like MACs. What camera did you get?
I got myself a Canon Powershot SX120 IS to hold me over until I can buy the EOS Rebel or Nikon D3000. Been researching/testing point and shoots for sometime and found this new one of theirs has great manual control options on just about everything and takes a pretty darn good pic for a point and shoot. Everything technology is a moot point the next day. LOL Better deals, better specs popping up non-stop. I am needing to add another Mac to my set up, so this camera was a good deal that works for now. I tell you what...I'm regretting selling my Pentax K1000 35mm..hehe I miss that one! Film is not out there like it used to be, but I'm a sucker for darkrooms! :)
I have an old film Pentax too! Sadly it is buried under various other digital and video cameras! Perhaps one day... the Nikon D3000 is the one I want too... again, perhaps one day!
